CES has provided engineering and technical assistance and support
for industrial facilities' maintenance outages and
capital improvements, including but not limited to:
- Assistance with planning and scheduling of minor and major
outages.
- Concept development, design, project management and
construction supervision.
- Procurement of parts and equipment.
- Contractor and mill maintenance supervision during
preparation and outage.
- Maintenance outage and project documentation.
- Contractor and equipment supplier negotiations.
- Management and setup of pressure vessel integrity program
and negotiations with risk insurance company.
- Perform evaluations of, and design structural repairs to,
buildings and equipment.
- LO/TO coordination and training
- Contractor safety training set-up and coordination
- Functional testing of recovery boiler control logic per
BLRBAC recommendations and the insurance company.
