CES, Inc. Hires Three New Employees in its Lewiston Branch Office
LEWISTON, MAINE – CES, Inc., a firm of Engineers, Environmental Scientists, and Surveyors, has recently hired three new employees in its Lewiston Branch Office. Two of the positions were created intentionally to expand services offered by CES in the Greater Androscoggin Valley and Western Maine areas and add to CES’ breadth of expertise.
David Brooks joins CES as a Senior Project Groundwater Hydrologist. David comes to us from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection. While serving at MDEP, David was the Project Manager in the Division of Remediation directing investigations and cleanups of State- led hazardous waste and petroleum sites. Previous to his work at the MDEP, David worked in the private sector for 18 years conducting contaminant investigations, Brownfields redevelopment, and water supply development. David earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering Technology from Norwich University and was a Hydrologic Researcher at the University of Maine for three years.
Amanda Wade, a Registered Professional Engineer, also joins CES as a Senior Project Engineer from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection. Amanda earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, and has been employed for the past 15 years in the Solid Waste Engineering Unit at the Maine Department of Environmental Protection providing technical support.
Dorota Schweier joins CES as an Environmental Technician. Dorota, a native of Poland, is a 2003 graduate of Gdansk Polytechnic, in Gdansk, Poland where she earned a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering in Water Resource Management.
