Mortgage Loan Inspections
 |
Mortgage Loan Inspections are required
by many lending institutions to assure that all
buildings and improvements appear to be located within
the bounds of the property to be mortgaged and that
there are no encroachments. Even though it must be
signed and sealed by a licensed surveyor, a Mortgage
Loan Inspection is not a boundary survey. It is a sketch
that references the subject property deed and shows the
locations of buildings and improvements, rights-of-way,
possible encroachments and flood hazard areas relative
to apparent property lines and investigates zoning
compliance. |
We would be happy to assist you with your Mortgage Loan Inspection.
