Building Inspections
Real estate transactions are not the only
purpose for building inspections. We routinely conduct inspections
to identify code compliance issues and to gather information for the
determination of floor loading limits to be posted to comply with
OSHA regulations. Damage assessment and construction contract
disputes also require inspections to be conducted. CES, Inc. works
with building owners, insurance companies, contractors, and/or their
respective attorneys to Building and real estate owner/managers can also benefit from our inspection services. In addition to OSHA and other code/regulatory matters, building inspections are often completed in the development of comprehensive maintenance and repair plans for large buildings or for groups of buildings. Problem identification, prioritization of needed repairs/renovations, and evaluation of available options can help building owner/managers to budget both short and long term expenditures. We would be pleased to assist you with your building inspection. Please feel free to contact us for more information or to request a proposal. |
