What We Offer
Recruiting and retaining highly qualified people is paramount to our success. CES offers challenging opportunities for business professionals who have an interest in working together with a team of talented individuals. With offices located throughout the beautiful state of Maine, CES offers:
A CLIENT FOCUSED WORK ENVIRONMENT
CES performs work within a client-centered and externally focused approach. We strive to build relationships with our clients by listening and actively communicating with them. With a team approach, our goal is to provide quality, responsive, cost-effective services that will meet or exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.
MULTIPLE CAREER PATHS
Employees are given the opportunity to choose and develop their own career paths, whether it be Technical, Project Management, or Business Development. Advancement opportunities are available to all who strive to achieve them.
AN EMPOWERING CULTURE
CES promotes and fosters an empowering culture within the workplace where the leadership team and employees can contribute to the success of the company as well as to their own.
As a professional services consulting firm, we recognize the importance of maintaining an employee population with a strong skill set. Opportunities for career enrichment are available through a variety of sources, including, but not limited to: on-the-job training, professional seminars, and in-house seminars.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
CES encourages employees to seek professional registrations and licensing that support their profession. Paid time off is provided for exams that occur during business hours. We also offer reimbursement of registration/certification fees.
CES has a long history of hiring college and graduate students for internships. Interns gain valuable work experience by helping staff perform research for client projects, assist with presentations, conduct field work, assist with permitting work, and much more. While most internships occur during the summer months, internships held during the academic year are occasionally made available. Internship availability is based upon our project workload. Please note that we have a very limited number of internships available at any given time. Please check our Current Openings page for current listings.
Not only is CES committed to the communities we serve, but we also encourage our employees to be involved in their communities and expand their professional relationships. Check here to see how our CES and our employees are making a difference!
