UST Facility Closures and Site Assessments
CES, Inc. performs site assessments at UST facility closures. The purpose of a site assessment is to determine if discharges of oil have occurred requiring notification of the commissioner and corrective action by the owner, operator, or other responsible party. CES will notify the tank's owner and MDEP (if requested) of the site assessment results and any necessary corrective actions. A site assessment report will be prepared and submitted to the tank owner and MDEP.
VRAP
We assist clients in obtaining liability protections provided by the State's Voluntary Response Action Program (VRAP).
